Window industry – premium laminated timber
Świat Drewna supplies top-quality certified window blanks in pine and oak. We offer standard components and profiles for passive and Scandinavian systems, with a focus on optimising production costs in your plant.
We are the manufacturer, not an intermediary. We control the entire production process; this ensures consistent quality across every product we supply.
Window blanks and special profiles
Alongside standard cross-sections, we produce special profiles tailored to specific window systems, for example, renovation frames and Dutch-style windows.
Layer bonding
Timber is finger-jointed or supplied in solid form. It is bonded with adhesives selected for your process to ensure durable joints in changing weather conditions.
Just-in-time logistics
Flexible delivery management and the option of daily transport direct to your production line help minimise stockholding.
Comprehensive support for window production
Window blanks are the foundation of every modern window. As a supplier to industry leaders, we focus on what matters most to window manufacturers: perfect geometry, defect-free material and parameters suited to automated processing.
- Pine and oak window blanks (solid or finger-jointed)
- Certified raw material (FSC® / PEFC®) from sustainable sources
- Free from blue stain, loose knots and resin pockets
- Precise 12% moisture content (± 2%) for frame stability
Technology matched to your capacity
We supply material calibrated to our customers’ requirements. Our timber saves time, energy and tools, reduces production waste and speeds up window manufacturing.
